2nd day off binge drinking/chain smoking cigarettes. In cycle of every other day though hsve managed 3 days recently twice but it’s a struggle. Mine is compulsive behaviour to cope with mental health and stress and always do it alone even standing in same spot until I pass out. Have DID/cptsd and in therapy. Have lots of tools now and hoping can push on further in managing im healthier ways and hoping the app will be good addition. How have you people found it?
