Hey everyone! Wow, 14 days here and it feels like a HUGE accomplishment already. I'm honestly so proud of myself for making it this far. The physical stuff is getting better, which is GREAT, but now it feels like a whole new set of mental and emotional challenges are showing up. I'm trying to figure out how to just be with all these new feelings without reaching for my old coping mechanisms. For those of you further along, what was one thing that genuinely helped you learn to sit with discomfort or find real joy again in those first few weeks/months? I'm trying to lean into this new me!
