Can't believe I'm typing this, but today marks 30 days clean for me. THIRTY DAYS. There were so many times I thought this day would never come, especially fighting through those first brutal weeks. My body and mind were SCREAMING for relief, but I held on. And I made it. To anyone just starting out, or in the thick of it, please know it IS possible.
