Okay, everyone. This is a BIG one for me. I just hit ONE WEEK sober from alcohol!!! SEVEN whole days! I honestly wasn't sure I was going to make it through some of those moments, it felt like an absolute eternity. The cravings, the exhaustion, the mental battle... it was all SO much. But I'm here. I actually did it. Feeling a mix of completely wiped out and ridiculously proud right now. Just wanted to share because this community has been a HUGE help just by existing. If you're in those first few days, I SEE you. It's tough, but it's possible.
