Okay, so it's day 3 for me, and OH MY GOSH the cravings are just relentless today. Like, seriously INTENSE. I'm really struggling to keep my mind off it, and it feels like everything is just screaming for me to go back. How do you guys get through these early days when it feels like your brain is just fighting you constantly?! Any tips or even just words of encouragement would be SO amazing right now. I really need to stay strong. UGH.
