Man, today has been one of those days where everything feels… heavy. Like, the urge to just numb out has been screaming at me all day and it's taking everything I have to not give in. Even with 1 month now, the cravings can still hit so hard. It's a real battle sometimes, you know? Just needed to put that out there. My head feels so cloudy. I'm just trying to breathe through it.
