feeling a bit vulnerable today folks. been thinking a lot about the times I told myself "just one more time" and how easy it was to believe that lie. that cycle of thinking you can control it, then waking up with that crushing regret. it's a real trip to look back and see how much I fought against what I really needed. thankful to be on the other side of that now even when it's still a struggle sometimes. 💪 we keep going.
