New to this. Never sought I had an issue or addiction personality. Years ago when I lost a family member I smoked weed and drank with friends just cause. Quit weed no problem and didn’t drink as much mostly social. But id drink to get a buzz. I’d pre game before events even if it was small social ones just to feel somewhat alive. Anyway I was able to function without alcohol but if I was able to drink I drank. My Fridays or Saturdays would be drinking nights. Recently had a wake up call and made a dumb mistake. So I’m here to discover the “why” and add in healthier productive choices as I go through life. Anyone have tips to speed up time? My daily structure is meh. Hid behind work my whole life but now that’s taking a back seat for at least a year until I can figure myself out.
