Wow, so today marks 100 days for me. ONE HUNDRED days!! It feels pretty amazing, especially coming from where I was with stimulants. I remember those first weeks and how incredibly tough it was to even get through an hour, let alone a day. If you're out there struggling right now, whether it's day 1 or day 50, or you're just feeling overwhelmed and like you can't push through, please know you're not alone.
