Man, waking up from a using dream is ROUGH!! My heart was POUNDING this morning after one of those. It’s like, even though I know it wasn’t real, that feeling of failure and disappointment just lingered for a while. About to hit 6 months, and it’s a constant reminder that this journey is day by day, and some days are just HARDER than others. Just gotta breathe through it, I guess.
