ugh, having a really tough one today. the old familiar whispers are back, telling me just one won't hurt, that it'd make everything so much easier. I'm almost at 500 days and it feels like a slap in the face that these thoughts still creep in. I'm sitting with it, trying to remember all the reasons I started this journey in the first place. it's hard though, sometimes it's REALLY hard. ❤️‍🩹 just wanted to share and know I'm not the only one feeling this way.
