Okay, so I had a really vivid dream last night that I was back to my old ways. Woke up in a cold sweat, heart pounding like crazy. It felt SO real. For a split second, I had that familiar rush of shame and disappointment, even though it was just a dream! Crazy how deeply rooted those old patterns are, even when you're making such good progress. It was a good reminder, though, of how far I've come and how much I DON'T want to go back there. The freedom I feel now is worth all the hard work. If you're having a day where you feel like you're fighting those old ghosts, just know you're not alone. We're doing this 💪 and it's worth it.
