Today is Friday my last drink was Sunday, going through a heart break and the last thing I want to do is drink. It seems the weekends becomes the most difficult time. Trying to stay busy with working out and exercising. I know if I can get through the weekends during the week isn’t a problem for me. The problem I really do enjoy drinking or having a beer with friends, but I always over do it and feel like crap the next day and get really depressed and hard on myself. Well I guess best answer for that is to not do it all lol wish me luck, I enjoy reading your guys post and seeing that I’m not the only one out there who’s trying to change for the better. Thanks!
