Man, today is one of those days where the old thoughts are creeping in HARD. Just out of nowhere, that familiar pull, that voice whispering it'd be "easier" to just… not deal with things. It's SO frustrating when you feel like you're making progress, and then BAM! Right back to battling those cravings. Feels like a real kick in the gut, honestly. I know it's a test, and I’m gonna push through it. But right now, it feels like I'm wrestling a bear in a phone booth. 💪 It just reminds you how insidious this whole thing is, even after all this time. What's one quick thing you do to just disrupt that craving when it hits out of nowhere?
