Ugh, just had a HUGE craving hit me out of nowhere. Like, a real physical clench in my gut and everything. I'm sitting here, trying to just breathe through it, but it's SO intense. My brain is telling me all sorts of wild things, and it's taking everything I have not to just give in and make it stop. I know it'll pass, I do, but right now it feels like an ETERNITY. Just needed to get that out there and send some extra strength to anyone else battling one of these today. We got this. Eventually.
