Whoa, had a rough one yesterday. Felt that old familiar pull, that whispering voice telling me "just this once" or "you deserve a break." It was LOUD, especially with coming up on 6 months, you'd think it'd be easier by now. Had to really dig deep and remind myself of all the hard work to get here. It was a close call, closer than I'd like to admit. But I made it through the night clean and woke up this morning feeling a big wave of relief. This journey ain't always pretty but we keep showing up.
