Whew, what a day! I'm just sitting here feeling so grateful for this community and for another day choosing myself. There was a moment this afternoon where I felt that familiar tightness in my chest, you know that little whisper of 'just one' trying to sneak in. But it passed. And I just kept breathing. It's amazing how much clearer things are now, even the hard stuff. It's not easy, never said it would be but it's SO worth it. Keep showing up for yourselves, it makes a diffrence.
