I relapsed just about 2 and a half weeks ago... Be4 my mom died, she died this past Monday evening 02/23/2026. And I want to really keep my promise to her that I will get back on track... She was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer a little over 2 weeks ago that's when I started spiraling... The "Dr's" said she had 4-7 months left she didn't last longer than a week after leaving the hospital.... I'm so sad, but I don't wanna go ALL the way down hill like I did after my husband got killed by the police in my city, on 10/18/2024.... Since than after being sober for 8 years I started using again 2 months after he died... I recently got back on the methadone program 12/03/2025 but have just released again.... I know I can do it... I just never knew any other way 2 cope with my pain... Dope was ALWAYS there 4 me... But I don't want it anymore it's such a waste of money 2... I've still got my 2 kidz a 13 year old son and a 10 year old daughter who need me... And I WILL DO BETTER 4 THEM!!
