feeling a little extra heavy today. had a dream about someone I lost and it just kinda triggered all those old feelings of wanting to numb everything. it's hard when grief mixes with recovery, feels like a double whammy sometimes. sending everyone strength today, especially if you're feeling this kinda pain too
