Just had this moment of pure joy today that I had to share. Like, the kind that makes your chest feel light and your smile reach your eyes. It wasn't about anything HUGE just a small win, a laugh with an old friend and realizing how present I was. No anxious thoughts about where the next drink was coming from, just fully there. It's truly amazing the freedom that comes with this journey. Sometimes you forget how GOOD it can feel to just... be. To truly experience life without that constant shadow. It's taken a lot to get here, and it's still a daily thing, but moments like these are everything. WELL done everyone for showing up for yourselves. Keep it going!
