Confession time. I'm sitting here, still cant believe almost at 100 days, and the thought just hit me hard – how many times I actually tried to "quit" before. Like, really tried, with good intentions, only to fall back harder. It’s kinda humbling to think about all those false starts and how much shame I carried around because of it.
