Man, today's been a tough one. Just found out a really good friend from back in the day, someone I used to drink with a lot, passed away unexpectedly. And it's like... it just brings up SO much. All the memories, the good ones, the bad ones, the ones where we were both just lost in it. It's a heavy reminder of what could have been, and what was. It makes you think about how fragile life is, and how much I fought to get to where I am now. But also, it’s just pure grief for someone who was a part of my story. It’s hard to sit with these feelings without wanting to numb them out, like I used to. But I'm trying to just feel it, you know? It's a lot. ❤️‍🩹
