im 3 months and a few days sober it’s been tough lately with all my overthinking and reflecting on past trauma and heartbreak i’m really trying to pull it together here and keep going. it’s hard to feel like you’re constantly not the person that will ever be chosen even when you are working on yourself in all ways. i’ve been feeling so discouraged and depressed. 🥺
