Feeling really grateful today. Wild to say but 6 months now and I actually feel GOOD. Like a REAL good that's not fake or borrowed. I was thinking about this morning how I used to wake up feeling so heavy and now it's just lighter. It's not perfect everyday of course but this feeling right here is worth all the hard work ❤️ Keep going everyone you got this!
