felt a really heavy wave hit me today, outta nowhere. just one of those days where the old thoughts wanna creep in, try and tell me the path I'm on is too hard. It's a real test of my resolve, and it's exhausting sometimes. like, just want to curl up and hide under a blanket. but I know that's not the answer. just gotta ride it out and keep moving forward. ❤️‍🩹 It's tough, but we keep going.
