Five hundred days. Wow. FIVE HUNDRED!! 🎉 It feels like such a solid number, you know? Not quite the shock of a year, but deeply satisfying to know I’ve kept showing up for myself day after day after day. This journey has really become less about fighting the old urges and more about intentionally building the life I actually want. And that feels HUGE.
