Just wanted to share a little victory here! I had a super stressful day at work, like the kind where everything goes wrong and you just want to scream into a pillow. Old me would've been straight to the dispensary, no question. But today, I got home, took a deep breath, and actually felt the stress instead of trying to numb it. And you know what? It sucked for a bit, but then it passed. That's a BIG deal for me. It's amazing how those little shifts add up. So proud of myself for not giving in, and I'm sending out good vibes to everyone fighting their own battles today. We're doing it!
