I’m doing everything I can to not fall back into old habits as my life literally just fell apart again and I lost everything I worked so hard to get to. Relapsing seems easier than continuing on right now so that’s what I did. Huge regrets today and a new found need to start over again. 6 months sober back to 1 day sober 😔 disappointed in myself but I know what I need to do. I just needed to vent I have no one to talk to without the extra guilt of I thought you were doing so good.
