Man, I was just thinking about this today. I'm coming up on two years sober – 730 days, which still blows my mind sometimes! 🎉 It's been the best decision of my life, truly. But even after all this time, there are still days where life just HITS you, you know? Like, the stress or the sadness or or just the overwhelming everything feels like it did back then, and I have to really work to use my tools. How do you all keep that fire lit and stay strong when those really intense feelings come up, especially when you're a good ways into your recovery? What are your ultimate non-negotiable strategies for navigating those tough waves without reaching for the old comfort?
