gosh, it's wild how grief can just sneak up on you sometimes. today's one of those days. a song came on the radio that reminded me of my grandpa and it just hit me like a ton of bricks. he passed away before I got sober and it's making me feel all these feelings about how he never got to see me clean. it's hard. still cant believe coming up on 1 week but days like this make me feel so fragile. just gotta ride these waves, I guess. sending some love out there to anyone else dealing with big feelings today ❤️ it's tough but we're here.
