Hey everyone, Just installed this app 7 months 19days sober. I never thought id be here after 10years of addiction and being in denial about it. I hit my rock bottom maybe below that and one night changed my life forever, it made me rethink all my life choices and what I was becoming. I wanted better for myself and a future without drugs or alcohol. Being sober for this long has made me feel for once and has made love myself again, to be selfish and to be sober for myself and no one else, because chances are if we are getting sober for other reason besides doing it for ourselves, chances are we may not make it. Be resilient, be strong, love yourself and heal. Let go of it all and live free. Embrace this life you have and know you are worthy,you are loved. Be patient and be easy on yourself promise yourself that.
