Family stuff is just... always something else. Coming up on 2 weeks and my mom just dropped some comment about how I "look so much better when I'm not doing... that." Like it was a choice, a phase. I know she means well, but sometimes it just makes me wanna scream!! It's a journey, not a switch, you know. I'm doing the work here. Ugh. Still, not letting it get to me today.
