I’ve been in & out of sobriety a few times. But something about this time feels insanely different. I think my frontal lobe has finally matured LOL. But in all seriousness, I am beyond grateful to have this “click” in my mind that not being sober is no longer an option in my life. Insane as it might sound, I actually crave it more than any substance could provide. I have finally reached the painful undeniable realization that my life is far better off this way.
