Man, my dreams have been wild lately. Like, super vivid and sometimes a little dark, even after a good day. It's like my brain is processing ALL the things now that it's not numbed out. Sometimes I wake up feeling a bit drained but also kinda like, wow, I'm really feeling this stuff for the first time. It's intense, but I know it's part of the process 💪 Just gotta keep showing up.
