Today was really hard. Day 3 and work was insufferable. On my drive home every ounce of my body was screaming at me to stop at the liquor mart and just get a mickey to relieve some tension….luckily I focused and kept driving home. Feel proud of myself for fighting through that craving and those desperate thoughts. Had a good dinner instead and a fruit smoothie, now going to read and have a good early bed time. Feels good 😇🫶
