Wild to say but I'm almost at 6 months! 🤯 it feels like literally a lifetime and also just yesterday that I took that first step. I remember thinking 30 days was impossible, let alone half a year. It's not always pretty, and some days are still SO hard, but damn, I'm doing it. It's been a journey of real ups and downs, but looking back I can see how much I've grown.
