Okay, can I just say for a second how absolutely RELENTLESS this battle feels sometimes?! Seven days in, and I swear every other thought is still my brain trying to convince me to just give in, that "one won't hurt." It's like a constant war in my head and it's just so FRUSTRATING and EXHAUSTING to keep shutting it down over and over again. But you know what? We're still showing up. WE ARE STILL HERE!!!
