Hi guys, can anyone give me any tips for anti nausea, I’m really going through it right now and can barely eat, that’s why I gotta cut down. But I can’t keep anything in my stomach and ive thrown up 6 out of 7 days this week (not even jk 😭) any tips r so appreciated
