Man, today was ROUGH. I was almost at 1 week and I literally came THIS close to throwing it all away. Like, the bottle was in my hand, my mind was racing with all the old excuses, and it took everything in me to put it down. The shakes were back, the urge was SO strong. It was terrifying, honestly. But I did it. I put it down. It’s a HUGE reminder that this journey is NEVER over, and those moments can just hit out of nowhere. I'm just sitting here, breathing, and trying to process it. That was too close.
