I slipped up really bad. Around the 1 month mark again. Same as last time. I was so happy having lots of money & being able to send my partner more than usual to clear my debt & not lying to him any more. Then I had a drink & it all went out the window. 13 grams & 3 days off work later. Body feels horrible. Nose is so close to being completely messed up & I’m £450 in debt. I don’t know why I can’t let myself be happy & this happens every time. Sorry for the miserable post, but I can’t talk to anybody else & I don’t know what to do any more.
