god, today has just been a complete mindf**. you know those days where you feel like you're fighting an invisible enemy inside your own head!?! like, everything is fine* on the outside, totally calm and normal, but my insides are just absolutely screaming. the impatience, the irritation, the feeling of just wanting to crawl out of my own skin. it's so raw sometimes. i thought i was past this particular flavor of emotional chaos but apparently not. just needed to get it out there that recovery ain't always pretty or peaceful, even when you've got some time under your belt. it's still a fight sometimes, a real grimy one. but we're still here, still fighting. that's what counts 💪.
