Man, I had a REALLY close call today. Like, one of those moments where the old thoughts just creep in and try to take over, and for a second, I almost listened. It was SO hard to push past it, but I did. I actually did it. 💪 Feeling pretty shaken up, but also really proud that I didn't give in. It's a reminder that this journey is never really "over," you know? But also, a reminder that I'm stronger than those old impulses. Just gotta keep showing up.
