4 days sober… should have been 1 month but I am hanging tight I went from 10mg xanax for a year to 0.5 now, weed and cbd helped me a lot and I am very happy to still be here, after many hard times with withdrawal and sickness, meeting dangerous dealers I’m just tired of this life ! It’s enough for me, I want to start fresh. I’m in home rehab no hospital needed because I have will in me, wish everybody who’s struggling all the luck aswell ❤️‍🩹
