Day 1, here I go!!! Sooo I have bipolar 1. Anyone else relate to cycles of life shitting on you, depression comes in hot, life shits on you MORE…so you drink, then that just makes you manic?? I’d love to know I’m not alone & things will get at least a little better. 🥹🫶
