Rough day today. Just feeling really on edge, like everything is too loud or something. It's those days where the thought of just numbing it all out creeps in, and it's a fight. I know it's a lie, but sometimes that old voice is just SO convincing, you know. Just gotta breathe and keep reminding myself why I chose this. This is tough but I'm tougher.
