Guyss I'm almost at 1 year and a really unexpected situation just threw me for a loop and my brain went straight to "just one drink, nobody would know". That thought literally SCARED me. But I didn't. Just sat with the discomfort and pushed through. Feeling pretty shaky but also incredibly grateful I'm still here. This journey is so real.
