It's wild to say but 1000 days now and I was thinking about how much of recovery is just… showing up. Not even perfectly, just showing up for the messy parts, the boring parts, the days you want to scream. It’s not always these big, dramatic breakthroughs. Sometimes it’s just making a choice, again and again, to stay present even when you'd rather check out. That consistency, that quiet commitment, it's what builds everything. It’s what makes the real change, isn't it? What's one small, consistent thing you've been doing that you know is making a difference, even if it feels tiny?
