ugh, feeling so drained today. just completely exhausted and fighting the urge to completely check out. my head is feeling foggy and it's hard to focus on anything positive when everything feels so heavy. this is one of those days where I just want to curl up and disappear from the world for a bit. it's a real struggle today 😩 just trying to remind myself to breathe through it.
