Ugh, today is just one of those days where my brain feels SO loud. It's like a constant chatterbox in there, telling me I'm not doing enough or that I should be "further along" by now. I'm trying to be kind to myself, really I am, but it's hard to drown out that internal critic when it's screaming so loud. Just feeling a bit overwhelmed by the noise today and wondering how you all deal with those super judgy thoughts?
