Wow, 100 days. Thinking about my family today, and man, it's just... different. It's not just my freedom anymore, it's our freedom, in a way. I used to be so guarded, always worried about them seeing through my excuses, or just being totally checked out even when I was physically there. Now, being able to truly show up, really listen, really be with them without that haze – that's a HUGE gift. It’s hard work, absolutely, rebuilding that trust and connection, but it's SO worth it. Seeing that genuine smile on my niece's face when I’m actually playing with her, not just watching from the side… that’s what this is all for. It REALLY is. ❤
